Rising UK rock/alternative five-piece Tigress release their sophomore album ‘Are You B-O-R-E-D?’ -  Fans listen/stream the album HERE, and purchase on vinyl HERE.

Tigress' second album takes their signature grunge sound to new heights, showcasing an even greater depth of musicality, sonic intensity, and versatility. The album was recorded and produced by grammy award winning engineer Adrian Bushby (Muse, Foo Fighters) and mastered by Grant Berry (Boston Manor, Stand Atlantic, All Time Low). The themes of ‘Are You B-O-R-E-D?’ delve into the struggles of confronting life's disillusionments, exploring emotional depth and complexity, and navigating the tension between feeling adrift in a chaotic world and yearning for genuine connection and self-expression.

One of the standout tracks on ‘Are You B-O-R-E-D?’ is ‘I Swear It’s Not a Lie’ — a refreshing twist on the love song, celebrating the quiet joy of a long-term, contented relationship. Vocalist Katy Jackson explains, “There are so many songs about falling in love or breakups, but not enough about being in a content, long-term relationship, so I decided to write one! We went back to our roots with that classic pop-punk vibe, but with a more mature twist, and recording it felt like such a nostalgic experience”. With its nostalgic pop-punk energy, the song captures the unspoken beauty of stability while delivering an anthemic, feel-good vibe.

To mark the album’s release, Tigress will play a sold-out show at London’s Paper Dress Vintage on the 25th January.
