Really Big Really Clever Return With Highly Anticipated New Single ‘Floss Is Boss’

After the success of their breakthrough single ‘It’s Changed’ last year, British alt-rock outfit Really Big Really Clever now return with their highly anticipated follow-up, ‘Floss Is Boss’.

The song explores the intense, turbulent emotions of someone whose love has spiralled into an all-consuming obsession. Capturing the paradox of love that is both passionate and possessive, it teeters on the edge of self-destruction. ‘Floss Is Boss’ is taken from the band’s upcoming second studio album, set for release later this year alongside a run of shows to promote and celebrate.

Since their formation, Really Big Really Clever have played and toured alongside Tigercub, Sweet Pill, Have Mercy, Gaffa Tape Sandy, Church Girls, and Family Dinner, solidifying their reputation as one of the most exciting live bands in the scene. Alongside their electrifying performances, they have also been featured on BBC Introducing, The Modern Rock Show, and Spotify’s editorial playlists ‘Today’s Punk’ & ‘Hot New Bands’.

2025 is shaping up to be a landmark year, with the release of ‘Floss Is Boss’ on Friday, February 14 and a string of UK tour dates to follow. With whispers of a second full-length album on the horizon, Really Big Really Clever are poised to take their sound to even greater heights.
