Hungarian Death/Black Metal Force EXODIKON Joins Forces with Wormholedeath

Wormholedeath is thrilled to announce the signing of the Hungarian death/black metal band, Exodikon. Their highly anticipated album, “Chaosophilia”, is set to be released on March 29, 2024.

Exodikon expressed their excitement about the partnership, stating, “We are delighted to announce that our second full-length album will be released via WormHoleDeath Records! We couldn’t have asked for a better guide to help us navigate international waters. We are eagerly looking forward to this collaboration and can’t wait to finally unleash our songs of void encapsulated in our album called Chaosophilia.”

"Chaosophilia" delves into the depths of the human psyche, exploring the thorny realms of numbness and existential futility. The album's lyrical narrative encapsulates the struggle, bipolarity, and acceptance of life's absurdity. The band's sonic concoction blends black and death metal, enriched with thrash and melodic death metal elements, creating a musical canvas that mirrors the internal chaos and cosmic void.

Formed in 2004 in the small village of Úny, Hungary, Exodikon initially embraced melodic death metal influences. After a hiatus and a relocation to Budapest, the band reinvented itself, incorporating black metal into their sound. Their debut album, "Árnyam útján," garnered acclaim, leading to opportunities to share stages with iconic bands like The True Mayhem and I Am Morbid.

The band’s second full-length album, “Chaosophilia”, contains eight songs in English and is expected to help them reach a wider audience who can resonate with their reflections on frustrated numbness.
