About the Album
The album’s primary recordings took place during inspiring sessions at Atlantis Studio in Stockholm. The studio’s unique atmosphere played a pivotal role in the creative process. Additional recordings and production were carried out at Duippidit Audio Laboratorium in Oslo, where Erik and Georg refined the album’s intricate sound. This combination of environments allowed for both organic live recordings and meticulous crafting of detailed elements.
The album delves into existential questions and reflections on the human condition. With poetic lyrics and atmospheric melodies, Erik explores themes such as identity, isolation, chance versus destiny, the limitations of rationality, and the search for meaning in a complex world. His music invites listeners on a contemplative journey where atmospheric elements intertwine with introspective storytelling.

Helge Harstad (bass)
Christian Svensson (drums)
Per Willy Aaserud (trumpet and synth)

The Fence
"The Fence" is a melancholic, atmospheric track that delves into the limitations of language and the longing to connect in a modern world filled with distractions. Recorded at Atlantis Studio in Stockholm and produced by Georg Buljo, the single is set for release on January 10, 2025.
Originally composed in 2008 during Erik’s first chapter as an artist, the music sat quietly for years until lyrics were added later, inspired by reflections on connection and communication. The track represents a bridge between who Erik was and who he is now, making it the perfect piece to mark his return to music after 17 years.
