Edinburgh alternative rock trio Bad Knees share single ‘Something in the Water’

INTRODUCTION

Bad Knees are an Edinburgh based trio formed in January 2024 by singer-songwriter Michael Jewitt, drummer David Morris and bassist Matthew McGarry. Their sound is best described by Moshville Times as ‘reminiscent of early punk meets Nirvana, with a touch of Britpop thrown in.’ The trio’s music is both melodic & catchy whilst having a punk & grunge edge.

Bad Knees’ debut single contains three tracks to be released on May 17th, 2024. It was recorded at Groove Tunnel by Rod ‘the mod’ Spark, and was mixed and mastered by Andrew McLeod.
