ANGER PARTY announce debut EP ‘OPEN UP MY BRAIN’ for May 30th release - EP title track ‘Open Up My Brain’ is out now

Alternative Horror Rock band ‘ANGER PARTY’ are today happy to announce the forthcoming release of their debut EP, ‘Open Up My Brain’, due for release on May 30th 2025 via Silent Cult.

Having made an empathic return with the release of their first new single in 2025, ‘I Hope You’re Miserable’, which was supported on the BBC Radio 1 Introducing Rock Show with Alyx Holcombe, ANGER PARTY also combined the announcement of their upcoming EP with the release of it’s title track ‘Open Up My Brain’(out now on all platforms via Silent Cult).

"‘Open Up My Brain’ is about bowing down to all the rotten, good-for-nothing parts of our personalities. It’s about giving in to the worst parts of the deepest, darkest corners of our brains, washing away the good and accepting that we can’t escape our flaws and imperfections” - Guitar / Vocals - Owen Claxton.

‘Open Up My Brain’ is ANGER PARTY’s six single release, picking up from where previous singles ‘I Hope You’re Miserable’, ‘Eat You Alive’, ‘Had Enough’, ‘Shadows’ and ‘Save Myself’ left off after kickstarting the bands journey in early 2023.  Since their launch they have gone on to receive tremendous support from tastemakers alike including, Alyx Holcombe of BBC Radio 1 Introducing Rock, Nels Hylton of BBC Radio 1 Introducing Rock, Alex Baker of Kerrang! Radio, Kerrang! Magazine, Rock Sound while hitting editorial playlists on Spotify, Amazon Music, Deezer and more.

The band are a fever of emotions showcasing bursts of frantic chaos that simulates that of a modern society. With a lot to say but nothing to prove their music lays everything out on the table (literally).

‘Open Up My Brain’ track listing:

1. I Hope You're Miserable

2. Open Up My Brain

3. Go To Hell

4. Existential Crisis

5. Pray & Obey
