Who the f*ck is LL? LL is the lovechild formed by multi-platinum producer/songwriter La+ch (Coleman Hell, Nickelback, AP Dhillon), and Toronto fashion designer, femme fatale, Jodie Lee. Today, the duo dropped their debut single “CLICHÉ”. The hilarious, yet hard-hitting viper of a track, is the first from LL’s debut record out this summer. Seamlessly blending hyper-pop with a sprinkle of pop-punk dressed up as the soundtrack for messy nights, LL is here to shake shit up on a colossal scale, and yes, booties of all shapes and sizes included. “CLICHÉ is about people who like shaking their butts at night, whether they have fake tits and blonde hair, or they are all natural,” says Jodie Lee. “The track was born when La+ch came up with a chorus melody in his head, and was joking around on the mic. It was too catchy to be only a joke.” The lyrics were written by Jodie and are inspired by her childhood. “Growing up playing with Barbies I thought I had to look just like that.”
